Can I choose what I receive?

No. The whole idea of the Mystery Dog Package is that the contents are a surprise. Specific product, design or colour requests are therefore not possible.

What about my dog’s size?

Please select your dog’s size when ordering. If your Mystery Dog Package contains wearable items such as a harness or collar, we’ll take the selected size into account.

You can also leave additional size information in the description/order notes if needed.

My dog has allergies. Can I let you know?

Yes! If your dog has any food allergies or intolerances, please mention them in the description/order notes when ordering.

We’ll take these into account when selecting any treats for your package.

What if I receive something I don’t like?

That’s part of the mystery! The products, colours and designs are randomly selected, which is also why you can get your Mystery Dog Package for such a small price.

Mystery Dog Packages cannot be exchanged or returned.

If I order multiple packages, will they be the same?

We’ll do our best to create different Mystery Dog Packages, as long as our stock allows.

Can I request a specific design or product?

No, specific requests are not possible — otherwise it wouldn’t be a mystery!
