What can be inside my Mystery Snack Package?

Your package can contain a random mix of different BARX snacks, such as:

• Training treats
• Chews
• Dried snacks
• Fish snacks
• Meat snacks
• Other tasty BARX treats

The contents are randomly selected and can differ from package to package. That’s what makes it a real mystery!

Can I choose which snacks I receive?

No. The whole idea of the Mystery Snack Package is that the contents are a surprise. Specific snack, flavour or protein requests are therefore not possible.

My dog has allergies. Can I let you know?

Yes! If your dog has any food allergies or intolerances, please mention them in the description/order notes when ordering.

We’ll take these into account when selecting the snacks for your package.

What if my dog doesn’t like one of the snacks?

That’s part of the mystery! All snacks are randomly selected, which is also why you can get your Mystery Snack Package for such a small price.

Mystery Snack Packages cannot be exchanged or returned.

If I order multiple packages, will they be the same?

We’ll do our best to create different Mystery Snack Packages, as long as our stock allows.

Can I request a specific snack?

No, specific requests are not possible — otherwise it wouldn’t be a mystery!
