Products are not indestructible. We take care to deliver the products in top condition. It is the customer's responsibility to use the products as carefully as possible and check for wear and tear. It is also the customer's responsibility to determine whether the product is suitable for his/her pet.
Our products are suitable and sturdy for daily use, but we do not recommend them for dogs with behavioural problems or strongly pulling dogs.

We do not give guarantee on wear and tear through use, only demonstrable manufacturing defects reported in writing no later than 14 days after purchase. Owners are responsible for any damage to the products due to misuse, or damage caused by your dog during walks or unsafe storage of products.
