CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order please send an email to contact@barxdogs.eu as soon as possible, we will do our utmost to cancel your order. If an order is already ready for shipment, it can unfortunately no longer be cancelled.

RETURNS

You have the right to return your items within 14 days after receiving the goods. If you wish to return (part of) your order, please contact returns@barxdogs.eu to get details on how to return. Please note that return costs are for the buyer. Our return address is located in Spain.

Return the goods in original packaging, unused. If we receive the goods dirty or damaged, we will not refund.
