Refund policy
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@barxdogs.eu. We will do our best to cancel your order before shipment.
If your order has already been processed or prepared for shipment, it may no longer be possible to stop the shipment. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal as described below.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.
After notifying us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product(s).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@barxdogs.eu. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

RETURN COSTS
The direct costs of returning the product(s) are the responsibility of the customer.
CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
Please handle the products and their packaging with care. You may inspect or try a product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning.
If a product is damaged, used or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or if the packaging is damaged beyond what is reasonably necessary, we may deduct the resulting decrease in value from the amount to be refunded.
Where reasonably possible, please return the product with all supplied accessories and in its original condition and packaging. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged for return shipping.
REFUNDS
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you for the returned order, including the original standard delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving your notification of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product(s), or until you have provided proof that the product(s) have been returned, whichever occurs first.
If you return only part of your order, the original delivery costs are not necessarily refunded.
The direct costs of returning the product(s) remain your responsibility.
